Condition of Sale: The terms and conditions of sale contained herein supersede all agreements made and purchase orders submitted to and accepted by OemaTakorr. All agreements are contingent upon such unavoidable incidents as strikes, accidents, material shortage, or other delays beyond OemaTakorr’s control.
Warranty: All OemaTakorr merchandise comes with a 30 day quality warranty. Warranty does not cover excessive wear and tear due to use, damage due to accidents or negligence.
Returns Policy: You can return any unworn merchandise within 15 days from the date of purchase. Purchased merchandise is not returnable if worn, tags have been removed, or have sustained damage by the customer. Be sure to return the item(s) you wish to return or exchange to the return OemaTakorr Fashions address. Include your receipt, a note describing the problem, your contact info, and the method of exchange. For your contact info, include your name, address, phone # and e-mail. This information will allow us to contact you, if necessary regarding the return. Your returned item(s) may be exchanged for credit towards another OemaTakorr purchase.
PAYMENT: OemaTakorr accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express cards and PayPal only. We will not charge your credit card unless the item has been shipped. All credit card orders are subject to credit verification and approval. For your protection, credit card orders shipped to an address other than your billing address may require additional verification. It is best to call your credit card company to notate the alternate address for easy processing of orders.”
